How To Say Thank You

Featured Replies

Have you ever seen one of our military walking past you and wanted

to convey to them your thanks, but weren't sure how or it felt awkward?

Recently, a gentleman from Seattle created a gesture which could be

used and has started a massive movement to get the word out.

Please everybody take just a moment to watch.... The Gratitude

Campaign ...and then forward it to your friends!

I sometimes fish the Quantico Marine Corp Base and I stop when possible, shake hands and tell them thank you for serving this country and for protecting me and my family.  These guys really appreciate when you do thank them.

Awesome Idea!

Very close to the sign language the deaf and hard of hearing use as "thank you". Done the same way but start from the chin.

Wish i did that at the airport last weekend.

I live less than one mile from Selfridge Air National Guard Base, so you can't go to the store or restaurant without seeing some military personnel. When I see them I just walk up to them and shake their hand or just say thank you. They really do appreciate it.
