Even If I didnt have anything hide, I still wouldn't let a cop search my vehicle or property without a warrant.

I personally tend to support the police. When the stuff hits the fan most people try to run away from the stuff. The police are usually the ones who run towards the fan to shut it off. The sad part is that they don't get a lot of support or recognition from the public. A public that certainly would'nt do themselves what they ask the police to do for them.

Hopefully you can get this whole thing sorted out.

Yeah I figure things couldnt get  much worse.  But then again I saw a guy down the road from my house about my age in  a wheelchair.  Kinda made me think that what I was going through wasnt that bad at all.  So I got a little wake up call for sure.  

I found my lawyer though!  He was had been in hiding I guess.  It is amazing what you can do with the internet! He said everything should have been takin care and he would look into it.  He said that the county clerk down there was having alot of problems keeping up with stuff, and alot of people where having this problem.  Im just gonna pray and keep my fingers crossed that it is not actually my fault.

Know what you mean.There's a guy lives in my county who has my exact name.Evidently,he is a scumbag.I've been served papers meant for him 3 times.I don't know how they keep getting it wrong.I'm Scotts-Irish.He's African American.I'm 6'2,242 lbs. with blond hair and green eyes.He's 5'8,165 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.Our SS numbers are different.I've had to hire a lawyer each time to get the various law institutions to leave me alone.These guys just see a name and assume,I guess.I just hope this idiot doesn't murder somebody one day!

Final Update

So basically my lawyer is incompetent and the filling system at the court house is completely useless, and since we could not locate in our own records (remember this was four years ago) proof of payment to the court I had to pony up $751!!!!!!!  

It really burns me up.  But anyway thanks guys for letting me vent and also for taking this little journey with me.  

On the bright side I got a HOT date this weekend!!  8-)
