Two a days

Two-a-days are unusual for basketball. But in Kansas and North Carolina I suppose it is normal.

Two-a-days in football can get "old" fast in the heat.  But being in a warm gym should not be a problem.

And two-a-days will make you a better basketball player.

You may end up looking like the guy in your avator.

Gross.  ;D

We did them some before and after school but the one before school was very short and conted as our PE class.

YUCK!

Yeah I often had issues with cold drafts making me sick. It would be all nice and warm in the gym. Then you would work up a good sweat only to then have students start showing up and letting in 30 degree cold air in from outside.
