RIP Paul Harvey

Sad news. I'll miss............... "And now, the rest of the story"

Rest in Peace.

I'm 42 years old, and when I was a little kid my grandma used to turn on Paul Harvey and we'd listen to him in her kitchen. When I went to work full time, his noontime 'visits' were always on in the office. My own kids loved to listen to him on the rides to school. He didn't read the news, he told stories, and what a voice.

I take comfort in knowing that he's in a better place, and reuinted with his loving wife who past away not so long ago.

I will miss him.

I knew this was coming. You could hear the weakness in his voice the past several months. I have listened to him as a kid with my dad. God  bless and farewell.

Kind of bums me out a little bit.  I remember being a little kid, riding in the car with dad and listening to Paul.  Dad would always turn the volume up a little bit when Paul came on the radio.  R.I.P.

I have listened to the noon Paul Harvey news and comment, and The Rest of the Story every day since 1976. He became a part of my life. I will miss him  :'(.        Good day.

That's what I was thinking a few weeks ago. We have lost a legend for sure. Good Day Paul.

Wow too sad.  He gave me countless memories with my father.  Thank you and good day, Paul.

Paul Harvey was a professional journalist and a wonderful American.

I think his passing illustrates the loss of another one of our greatest generation icons.

We will miss him but his books and audios will remain with us as his memorial.

RIP.

What, I loved his rest of the story segment!  I think his son is carrying on in his footsteps.

Sad day.

How many of you have been late getting somewhere because of Paul Harvey?  I know I've been listening to him in the car and got to where I was going, but couldn't turn go inside until I heard...the rest of the story.  He is one of the greatest story-tellers I've ever heard.  His ability to paint a picture with words was unbelievable.

RIP.

I remember growing up spending the summers with my Grandmother.  Listening to Paul Harvey at Noon on the radio was part of the daily ritual.

Conservative, liberal, democrat, republican - almost everyone liked and enjoyed listening to Paul Harvey.
