Saw something i never want to see agian

Featured Replies

Sunday we had our family reunion at a local park. Well after we were done eating we were sitting around and just catching up. A guy from the park came around and said there was a little girl missing (she was 5). I had just got off work and had long pants in the truck and was going to put them on and go look around in the woods. Well i got done putting them on and i saw people running and gatering in an area.

I walked over there to find they had pulled her body out of the lake that was there. She had been missing for over a half hour. (they found she was missing during swim break). She was already black, blue and purple. They tried to revive her but no luck. Need less to say the 5 year old girl had passed away. Seeing her limp body laying there was just disterbing.

She was with a larger group. Including her 4 brothers

This is just a reminder always keep track of your kids. It only takes a split second for tragedy to take place.

keep this family in your thoughts

Wow, that is just heartbreaking.  I can't even begin to know what that family is feeling.

T & P sent.

Sorry you had to witness that bud. Tragic.

I was just down in Melbourne, FL staying at a hotel on the beach and saw a couple different 7-8 year olds walking through the hallways by themselves. They were going to either the pool or the beach but no parent in sight. These days you can't let them out of your sight for SEVERAL different reasons.

As the father of two teenaged daughters, I walked them to the bathroom of public places up to the age of 14. I may be paranoid but nothing going to happen to them on my watch.

That tears me up just thinking about that. If something like that happened to my daughter I don't know what I would do. Hell I don't know what I would do seeing someone else's little girl like that.

That is a very sad story.

Very sad. I used to swim at that park too as I am from Barberton. Prayers to the family...
