This happened on Charlotte, NC this morning:

I have no words in me to describe the seething hatred that something like this causes me to feel for the person(s) who would do something like this.

The only "good" thing is that the baby has survived and hopefully with give the family some semblance of comfort.

What it wrong with people that they would do something so horrible?

    I am sure law enforcement will apprehend the perk.

    Strange happening and it probably was not random.  :'(
