Protein Shake For Someone Who is Lactose Intolerant

Featured Replies

I'm looking for a protein that doesn't make my insides feel like I just drank two tall glasses of milk.  Anyone else run into this problem?  Anyone find one that works?  Thanks for your help.

I drink muscle milk and that is allegedly lactose free.

Thanks homeboy.  I've tried the bottles and it makes me burp pretty bad but I will try the powder.

Beef protine isolate taste like salty Chinese soup add that to a flavor like chocolate and it's gross.

Egg white protein is good so is whole egg protein for an animal source of protein. It's more expensive then traditional whey protein though. For a vegetable source of protein brown rice, gemma pea, and hemp are good. Avoid soy protein.
