I think he's a smart pick.  Sure, he has some work to do to become a good NFL quarterback.  But, he's a winner.  I like winners. 8-)

The jury is still out on Tebow.

How is everyone spending their draft night?  I am watching the tube, finding a new home in 360 boxes for walleye jigs, sippin' on E&J VSOP, drinking Sprecher root beer, and rockin' my Aaron Rodgers jersey with hospital blue scrubs for pants.  LOL.

If you like the idea of trading 3 picks to move back up into the first round to get a guy that would have still been there in the third round, well then congratulations. Tebow could be a solid pro, and is a great person, but a first round pick for a project is really steep.

I like Tebow and I hope he does well at some point, but I hate the pick and the recent Denver moves starting with the Shanahan firing. That team has holes, and QB isn't one of them. Orton will be the starter, and I think Quinn has more potential at QB in 2010/11 than Tebow.
