Pirates vs. Braves

Featured Replies

I just got tickets to the Atlanta Braves at Pittsburgh Pirates game on Sunday for $11. The seats are in the front row of left field!I am going with a friend and his dad so I also don't have to pay for transportation. I couldn't believe that we got these seats for so cheap.

Awesome seats.  Are you guys tailgating?

I acquired Jason Heyward, during a Verlander and Sabathia trade, on my fantasy team.  I've been more than happy with his performance.  Those who took a flyer on him in keeper league drafts must smiling ear to ear.

Let me give you the reason why the tickets were so cheap...it is the Pittsburgh Pirates.  I'm from Pittsburgh and we as residents are sick of owners who won't invest in the team.  The problem is that they are still making money, because people goto the games to enjoy the stadium (which is really nice) and the atmosphere.  I guess in the end, that's all it is about, but I still would like to see a contending team once every 10 years.

We aren't sure if we are going to get there in time to tailgate or not. I hope we do, but I just riding so I'm not going to question anything that they do. I also have Heyward on my fantasy team, and am very happy about his performance. As an huge Braves fan, I am definitely looking forward to the trip.
