The Fighter

Featured Replies

Finally saw this movie with the wife last night. I think we were the last people in Lowell to see it. The movie was awesome and the actors were spot on everything. It is amazing seeing it on the big screen growing up watching his fights and knowing Mickey in real life. If you haven't seen the original crack street movie you should check it out.

Wow must be even a better movie, being from Lowell. I thought it was an amazing movie myself. Did you see the actors in town while they were filming?

I did not see the actors but did see some of the locations they had blocked off for filming. It was cool how they brought old cars and props in. My mom and sister went to the fight scenes filming. I could have gone but had to work. I only saw one person I knew during one of the fights. The trainer O'Keefe played himself in the movie. I see him all the time.

That was a great movie, defiantly one of my favorites
