Is anyone aware of what water temperatures are best for catching carp?  In otherwords does the bite slow down during cold water periods much like a bass?  I was interested in hitting up my local reservoir and fishing for some using my usual drop shot method with corn.  If anyone fishes for these guys can you let me know whether it is worth it here?  The temperature in this reservoir is between 37-42 degrees give or take at the moment.
