Going Trout Fishing

Featured Replies

Picked up a Blue Fox Vibrax Inline Spinner and am waking up at around 6 to go trout fishing at the city park pond. (Oddly enough their are only trout in there.) So, I'll take a break from bass fishing and go for some trout tomorrow morning. Will update you with the catch tomorrow!

I love summer vacation :D

Oh man, it wasn't good. Alright, atleast 4 or 5 people fish there for trout every day and they keep every trout they catch regardless the size. 20 or 30 trout are probably taken from the pond daily. Of course, I didn't catch any, because they are probably all gone >:( Is it possible to wipe out a whole trout population over 2 months in a pond?

Do they stock it with trout? I can pretty much guarantee you there are trout in the pond either way. There wouldn't be 5 people there daily if there weren't trout. I don't use spinners in non moving water very often. I will switch over to a rapala and twitch it like crazy or use live bait.
