I was thinking about taking advantage of some cheap flights and heading up to the tributaries of Lake Ontario for some Chinook Salmon fishing the weekend of 10/18.  Anyone up around there?  I was thinking Oak Orchard or Genesee rivers.  Not sure when the main runs of fish are.... any advice is appreciated.

    I have a friend that is a guide. He started his business recently so I'm sure the prices are very reasonable. He fishes the Genesee. LMK if you want to know more.
