How to fish these things they look a a long skinny worm i don't know if i should t-rig it or use it on a shaky head?

There is no wrong way to fish a worm. I have read that Ike's most favorite presentations are really really weird. like a beast with one of those weird fish head wiggle head things that berkely makes.

No wrong way to fish it. It works any way you rig it as do most worms but my favorite way is on a jighead for that style of worm.
