Almost Walleye Time!

Featured Replies

So it's getting to be that time of year, and i'm looking forward to it!  I never keep bass, but better believe if I catch some walleye they're going in the pan.  Anyone that likes fish and has eaten one knows what I mean.  Planning on going out next saturday night with some live bait.

game plan is to troll a rapala out to the d**n, which has some shallows near pretty deep water, and a pretty rocky bottom.  Sounds like an ideal   spot.  Then i'll rig a pole with a worm, and continue throwing the rapala.  I've only fished for walleye a few times, so i'm by no means an expert.  If anyone has any advice, feel free to post up!
