    where i have been fishing is covered with snow, 20 minutes from my house.  here most of the snow has melted.  the ice is very very clear, 6-8 inches compared to 16 inches at the other lake.  my boys really enjoyed fishing here.

    Cute kids, looks like they had a really fun time.  I really want to take my daughter and nephew out, but ice over near me is so risky right now, just not worth it.
