Any fellow ice fishermen out there?  I love to ice fish-especially since I got a flasher.  I'm starting to salivate about it already.  Anyway, I've been wondering if it's legal to attract fish to a hole by using a fish decoy if you aren't spearing the fish.  I imagine the laws are different in each state however I just wanted to get your thoughts/feedback.

I know of no laws against it. I have seen folks use a decoy for Northern Pike. They do sell a weed type decoy for introducing weeds to an area which are void of them as an attractant.
