FLW?

I am going to fish the FLW this year for the first time. Can anyone give me any tips? I have fished local tournaments in the past and have done ok. But I am new to this FLW ! :-? :-/

Are you talking about the BFL's? FLW has an entire line of tournaments to choose from and all of them require different tactics, mainly due to the number of competition days. Any way that it goes I reccomend not to pre-fish too much for a tournament and not in the same holes. A guy told me at Muskegon Lake a couple years ago he was catching 13-15 pounds all week and it made me laugh when he came in with 2 fish because he beat up his spots all week, the lake is only 4000 acres and he simply overfished his spots.

This happens alot  :P

You do need to pre fish.  I like to pre fish as much as possible.  You just have to manage your pre fishing correctly and dont burn up your fish.
