Need Boater for BFL Shenandoah Division

My boater has decided to not fish the rest of the Division tournaments. :-[  I am in dire need of a guaranteed boater for the remainder of the division.  

I am currently 32nd in points for the division and can't afford to miss a tournament due to not getting in due to no boater.
