Just wondering

Featured Replies

I created a fishing resume and i have had some great respone to the resume more than what I thought. Just wondering though if you are a company looking to sponsor a fisherman how important is it for tournament experiance,I keep seeing all thses other resumes with tournament history and I think to myself wow they got me sacked in that area , but I know one on one they would have a hard time beating me on the water I tjust don;t have the resorces to travel and fish all the tournaments. Also I personally just my opion would trust a good-o-boys opion than somone with patches all over his shirt telling me this is the best lure out. I can't help but think they are being told to push this product it's ther livley hood. I love this sport and I know that if given the chance to fish for a living and make even half way good money I would be all over it. I know this one thing though. I'm 100% a born salesman with a huge passion for the water and fishing.

Look under reelady's post Sponsorship Do's and Dont's this explains everything

she says that past tournament almost has no effect, but it is how passionate you are for the company, and how well you know their products, etc, etc
