Looking for a Northern California Club

Featured Replies

I live in Vacaville, CA and am in need of a bass club.  Can someone please point me in the right direction.  I am getting tired of fishing by myself.  Talking to myself while fishing is great, but I've already heard all of my own jokes ;)

I've responded to some of your posts and I know Vacaville is a distance from Rohnert Park but you are more than welcome to visit our bass club. The meetings are the second Wednesday of the month at the Rohnert Park comunity center at 7:00 pm. We have members as far away as Dixon. The Redwood Empire Bass Club club has been around since 1980 and like all clubs we have a fluctuating membership. Come and visit you may fish with us and be hooked.

Great.  I live in Novato and sent in an email to an Officer asking to join.

Thank you for the information JBass.

Wulf, we have several members from Novato as well. It is my pleasure. We have a great club. We fish the Delta, Clear Lake, Berryessa, Sonoma, Shasta, etc. Typically these are the lakes we fish the most. Shasta being a two day away tourney in the spring and the others during the year (hopefully at the peak of each.) We have some great sticks in the club and will welcome any and all new comers.

Those of you in the Northern California area are more than welcome to come and be a part of the http://rebc.net. We have been around since 1981 and are looking for new members. Our meetings are at the Rohnert Park community center on the second Wednesday of the month at 7pm. We have scheduled lake sites to fish through out the year and boaters and non-boaters are paired together by a blind draw. The majority of the tourneys are team tournaments and two are draws. In December we have a turkey shoot which is open to one and all. So come on out and we'll see you at the next meeting.

I thought I might bump this back to the top because on the 11th of April (this month)The Redwood Empire Bass Club will have Jimmy Reese as our guest speaker. Our meeting starts at 7:00pm at the Rohnert Park Community Center off of Snyder Lane. If you can make it out, we'll be glad to have you.
