Seeking N.E. Ohio bass club

Featured Replies

I'm looking for a bass club in or near Portage County, Ohio.

I've actually been looking for a club too. I live in Mentor. Here's what I found: portagelakesbassmasters.4t Add the dot c0m to the end of that. It won't let me since I'm newly registered. Sounds like the club's right in your backyard.

I'm hoping to enter some, but I don't have a boat.

There is a club called Mohawk Bass club that fishes NE OH, Ohio River, Eastern PA, Lake Erie and NW NY. I think they fish 10 T's a season plus a classic.

Used to live up there that's how I know about ht e club.

Mavrik. There is a bass club literally in your back yard. They meet at the meet once a month at the On Tap on 59. they fish about 10 tourneys a year there. It's where I cut my tourney teeth. Alot of good knowledgable guys. And you don't need a boat. YOU can be a non boater you just have to share fuel expences. They also go to Lake St Clair Canada once a year. They fish Tappan,Mosqito,Berlin,Fairport Harbor and some others. My father still fishes with them. They start next month so you would need to be at the next meeting. I could meet you there and introduce you if you would like..
