Guest avid
Nothing to be ashamed of here dude, The picture tells the story. You look real happy and that bass is plenty fine. I wouldn't call that a "dink", If it's 12 inches or more it's a "keeper" Don't be so hard on yourself you did REAL GOOD good luck and have fun. avid
KS_Bassin
That pond looks like a GREAT place to catch some bass or spend a weekend. Anyday fishing is a good day good, that's how I look at it even if i don't catch any !! ;D
Chris
Ever fish those pads with a spinnerbait? Try using a single willow blade spinnerbait and bend the blade arm wire up a little. The arm will fend off the stems and you will be surprised how well it will cut throught that stuff. Start with casting parallel to the outside edge. Then try pitching to the outside and run it from deep to shallow. On ponds that are shaped like that make sure to work the corners real good. Places like that small point of grass to the right of the palm tree with the poles holding it up is another spot. When you have two forms of weeds meeting is always a great spot. Nice fish
Super User KU_Bassmaster. Posted December 17, 2006 Super User Share Posted December 17, 2006 Do you realize you have a ghost/angel/something holding onto your shoulder in that first pic.
Guest avid
Do you realize you have a ghost/angel/something holding onto your shoulder in that first pic. I noticed that too. I didn't want him to have a Freddy or Jason type moment.

Troutfisher
I wouldn't call that a "dink", If it's 12 inches or more it's a "keeper" Don't be so hard on yourself you did REAL GOOD Yeah, that's not such a bad fish...I'd consider it a fair catch if I caught it. Better than what I've caught this winter so far.
