Just purchased 4 on Ebay. The seller states they are new(which they are),no package and doesnt know the Rate of fall. I have a few questions concerning this bait.

1.) I have submitted a picture. Can anyone tell me if these are actually Huddleston Shad baits,or a knock off? Color is supposed to be Blue Shad. Looks like the real thing to me,compared to the Huddleston Website.

2.) How do I determine the Rate of fall. Theres nothing on the tail denoting anything. I dropped one into my 55 Gallon fish tank and it dropped like a rock.

3.) Anyone ever used these Shad baits,whats the best method of retrieve,and lastly how much success did anyone have on these?

i dont know much about huddleston's, but judging from your photo, i'd say they are knock offs. the second bait down has a deformed tail

With shipping I paid $14.50. I got had on the shipping . Actual Shipping was $1.68,I paid $5.99 for the shipping

airborne_angler I've used them here and there.

The problem I have with them is they dont last.

A couple of fish and the body starts to rip away from the weighted hook.
