Finally, I caught a couple bigmouth (15", 14").  The winter has been too long.  As I wait for the ice chunks to float by, I cast to open water.  Chompers smoke tube is the bait.  The fish are on the move.

 It was 52 degrees today so even Squid would've been able to fish. lol

Squid, I only meant that since it was above 50 degrees you may be inclined to go out on the porch.

But you may have to make some fairly long casts to get to the water. ;D

Are you in southern Illinios?  What technique did you use with that Chompers?

I'm in northern Illinois.  I use a weedless hook and work it like a jig.
