Fishing very muddy water

I live in albany ga. the pond I fished was very muddy and I couldn't even get a bite. The pond is loaded with structure lay downs , stumps and grass I fished all the structues with no luck,what was I doing wrong.

    What type of baits were you using ? Did you try rat-l-traps ? They sometimes work in muddy water conditions.

    I tried spinnerbaits,chaterbaits,Rage tail shads,horny toads ,wake baits
