had a good outing this morning, no pics, sorry.  i caught four keepers biggest being around 3lbs or so.  all on my new eakins football jigs, black/blue with netbait paca *****.  one other fish came unbuttoned and another i was forced to try to "swing" em, broke my ten pound test.  i know i know 10lb on my jig rod, whats wrong with me!!??  problem solved, after this incident i spooled up with 50lb power pro.  i was standing on top of this concrete retaining wall that runs around the pond, my feet were probably 5 feet of the water, tried to lift em up and it broke, it probably would have been close to my PB(5lbs).  for some reason i wasnt that upset, i didnt bring camera, or scale, or any other tackle, my rod and some jigs, thats it.  i just wanted to go fishing, and i had one of my better days this year!!
