Check this out.  This is an encounter on north Wheeler earlier this year.  Talked to him about the river levels and then I realized who I was talking to.  Pretty cool.

I know some pro's that won't get in the boat with him. He drives like a mad man. I've heard stories that would scare a stunt man. lol

We were catching fish in front of him.  All massive too, like 12".  It was cool.

Yes he is. Got to fish with him for a couple days on Lake Norman right before the 04 Classic. I needed a chiropractor when we were done. We were hitting ferry wakes and getting the entire tr- 21 out of the water and you could even hear the Verado's prop humming. Then there were times we would be wide open and I would look down  see we were in about 3' of water. The man is crazy. But he taught me how to jig fish so I can't complain too much.
