Juniata River - 3/7

Featured Replies

Got out to the river today, finally! The day started slow, the first 2 hours produced nothing. Dad finally got a bite on a bucktail jig, a 14 inch smallie. It was another hour after that when I tied on a jerkbait and landed 3 within 20 minutes, 13, 15, and 16 inches. A while later Sean (basser89) landed one also, 14 inches. A while later I landed another that was about 13 inches, and lost a nice one that would have went 4 pounds. Here's some pics.

Wow, tough going at first, but sounds like the day turned out decent.  Waiting for my chance to get out. 8-)
