Friend and I took the day off and hit a pond I had never fished in New Kent County, Virginia.

He caught two pike and two dinks.

I caught two (2) small (1 to 1 1/4 pound) bass on a shaky head.

He caught his pike and dinks on Crappie jigs and Senkos.

The cold front that moved in yesterday really cut off the fishing.

We saw five (5) other guys fishing and they did not catch anything.

All in all it was a fun day and I found a new place to fish.

You learn something from every fishing adventure.  :)
