Crappie Fishing Tommorow

Featured Replies

Going tommorow with one of my friends to his fishing club lake. Awesome lake. They have a bunch of "hurdles" as they call them out in the middle of the pond, scattered all over the deeper water. The hurdles are four wooden post sitcking up out of the water with a mesh fence around them, then the club members sink Christmas trees and brush. Great fish attractants. Anyway, I'm hoping the cropps will be stacked up around them. Went to Dick's just now and got a bunch of Roadrunners, and also some of the extra jigheads. Boy I hope we catch some good ones. I think this lake is famous for huge crappie. Hope so :). I'm actually goin' down tommorow around 7:00 PM to fish then spending the night and waking up early and fishing for a while. We decided to specifically target cropps, and keep a lot of them. Do you guys have any suggestions fro catchin' a ton o' slabs? Thanks.
