Fished a client's pond on Tuesday morning before three meetings.

The pond was full of water, highest I have seen it in a long time.

No topwater bite whatsoever. Not interested in any crankbaits, either.

Caught first on a Senko and the next three on a Moccasin Blue six-inch Dead Ringer.

All were around 1.5 to 1.75 pounds and they put up great fights.

Had to stop at 7:30 AM to get ready for the 8 AM meeting and did not go back after the third meeting to see if they still wanted that Dead Ringer.

Anyone living in Northern Virginia knows that traffic back to Richmond could be difficult at best so I left the place around 10:30 to try to beat any traffic problems.

Going back either next week or the week after and will try the pond again.  

Sounds like a good pond... Im in Maryland too... if you are ever on the eastern shore let me know i can point you in some directions
