So after getting spanked most of the summer. conditions have set up on Wylie that are really awesome for afternoon and evening fishing. We have had a couple very overcast days, lows in the 60's at night.

   Was out last night at a cove I call Julie's cove, and first thing I see is a ton of shad schooling all over the cove. Then i start seeing LMB shooting straight through them. Just about anything I threw into that mess of fish got hit. After a slow summer, this was absolutely sweet.

   Add to that a cool clear night, full moon, and a slight cool breeze, I did not want to go home.

Sounds awesome. I love days like that.  ;D
