Everglades Bass Fishing

Featured Replies

Hey everyone,

I will be taking a trip down to the Everglades April 1st-5th. I will be with a guide most of the time, but I would like to do some bank beating too. Any suggestions as to what I should be using? Being from Southern New York I am completely ignorant as to how to fish this part of Florida.

Yamamoto 5" senko rigged wacky style. Green, Junbug

Rapala Husky Jerk Model # HJ10 in Tennessee Shad

Plastic worms in watemellon pumpkin seed

Zoom Super Flukes in green, junbug

This will catch any bass in south Florida.

Good luck and tightlines!

Rapala DT6 in gold and black

Trick worms in watermelon/red or junebug

Skinny dippers in wat/red

Horney or cane toads - white, black, green or wat/red

Flyrod action - green or white poppers 10# leader
