"Fish for the Cure"

On May 27th, I am hosting a fund-rasing event to raise money for Breast Cancer Research done through the American Cancer Society.

I am hosting this event for many reasons, but most importantly FOR A CURE TO CANCER BE FOUND so hopefully someday no woman ever again will ever have to go through the physical and emotional hell that my wife went through, seven-plus years ago now.

Over 7 years ago, my wife had a masectomy and lymph node removal , requiring 13 hours of surgery, followed by 6 months of aggressive chemotherapy.

Thank God she survived !!

I am seeking checks made payable to 'the American Cancer Society", an organization we all know and respect for ANY amount that you can send, even if it is only a few dollars.

These checks will be added to the funds the event that I am hosting will generate, and be given to the American Cancer Society representative at the same time at the conclusion of the event.

If you would like to donate any fishing gear to be raffled off in a fund-raising raffle for this purpose at the event, please mail to the same address. 100% of all proceeeds generated will be donated, and I am making NOTHING on this myself as host of the event. The American Cancer Society rep there that day will be pulling the raffle tickets, and also the 50/50 drawing that day, with ALL proceeds being donated then.
