How do you guys organize all of your tackle. I always have so much trouble organizeing all of my lures in plano boxes. I'd apreciate any advice on this.

Depends on how much you have.  In the boat, we use the big plano's.  We store crank baits in one, rat-l-traps in another, top water batis in another.  Plastics are in seperate bags like craw tubes, tubes, finess worms, stick worms, and so on.  Spinner baits in their own case too.  a plano for hooks and sinkers have their own too.  When I am fishing with someone else I have to size it all down to fit into my tackle bag, so cranks and lipless cranks together, all top water together, about 5 bags of different plastics I feel comfortable fishing with, hooks and sinkers are together in a box.  I also pack suntan lotion and extra line.  Good luck in your organizing.

My left side rod locker is lined with Tupperware bins. They are perfect for storing bags of soft plastics in. I don't put the lid on them I keep them in there like there files so I can pick thru each bag to find what I'm looking for. I put like kind with like kind like worms, Senko, lizards etc. I have 7 bins filled with soft plastic and my rod organizer over those. I have my crankbait in Plano 370 boxes. I have them in shallow, med, deep diving. Then I have two boxes for my Bagleys, one for jerkbait, traps, top water and so on.

At the house in the computer/fishing room I have an old dresser filled with all the extra soft plastics I may need as the season goes on. I have a few shoe boxes filled with extra crankbaits I already have a few of in the boat. When I running low on something I restock from my stash at the house. I put all my hooks in Zip lock bags and then put them in a spinnerbait box with 3 dividers. I put straight shank in one, tube hooks in another and off set and odds and ends in the third. Weights and Mojo Keepers and in a small utility along with my tooth picks.

Get a nice hard bodied plano guide series tackle box for all your gear and if you fish tournaments as a non-boater make sure you have a smaller soft sided tackle boxes

Thanks Skipper for the ideal on the dressers, now I know what to do with those that my wife put out into my garage. I'll throw her old clothes out and put in the tackle. What's more important her clothes or my tackle..... HMMMM tackle wins ;D

You are so lucky she does not get on this site and read this...lol...You would be moving in with me...lol
