Featured Replies

me and my buddys have been goind to this little dock set in some canals, and there are bass EVERYWHERE! they hit all around the docks constantly! they hit around in 3 feet deep water, and then out a bit at like prob no more than 15 feet deep water.. they are hitting like crazy at the trillions of mino's haha. well we are using worms using the texas rig and have gone out there about 4 times and still havnt caught anything. we tried mino's too, but they always die when hooked and we still dont get any bites... there arnt any bluegill out there either. what should we do that could catch stuff and is inexpensive?

jerkbait or soft jerkbait. jerkbait cost under 5 bucks and a soft under 3 sometimes you can catch them on sale for 99 cents.

Get some spinnerbaits from wal mart. There is usually a box of them for  $1 each.  They work.

When they start hitting the surface, try a small white fluke (not a super fluke).  Let it settle several inches and twitch it back to the surface, do this all the way back.
