I will school you on the lead headed fluke during our next trip.

I'd stay with the dropshot and add a jigging spoon, shakey head worm, and a jig and pig.

Spoons and split shot small worms,    small grubs on lead heads.

A drop shot is the most obvious choice IF the fish are on the bottom.

If the fish are suspended at around 27-32 but up off the bottom,a spoon would be a good choice.

A "float n fly" could be deadly if you have their depth pinpointed. You'd have to use a speed stop but you could put it right in their face with the float 'n fly.

I second the jig and might add a tube on a slide in head.Sometimes they seem to bite a tube when they won't bite a jig.

Carolina rig,deep diving crankbait,drop shot rig,slow roll a spinnerbait,spoon,yo-yo a lipless crankbait,yo-yo a Little George,etc.

I would love to have that problem.  These Florida lakes I fish don't go much below 15 at their deepest holes.  typical depth is around 8 feet.
