Any Suggestions

Featured Replies

Thinking about going out today, but need suggestions.  We have had cool rainy temps for the last week, over 3 inches of rain in the last week.  The water temps were mid to upper 60's, but we have had a cool front come through.  I have a case of paralysis by analysis.

Anyone with some suggestions as to what to try today?

If the water has color from the rain, fish tight to shallow cover with a spinnerbait that has a big colorado blade that produces lots of thump and vibration.Or you could throw a crankbait like a Storm wiggle wart that has a wide wobble and a rattle.

It sounds like the front has passed, so the bass will probably have returned to their pre-spawn/spawn/post-spawn habits. If that isnt the case I would do what fivebasslimit said.
