zipping a tube

Featured Replies

I was reading about this technique in the Bassmaster Mag. What do you guys think of it. What colors of tube do you think would work the best for this. And it said not to go below 1/4 oz weight but i was thinking about fishing a 3/16. Would this work? also would it work if i did the same thing with a ribbontail worm?

I read that article and have tried that method. So far no takers, but I'm having a lot of success just pitching the the tube, letting it sit on bottom, and shaking the rod tip to impart action to the tube.
