is florida peakock bass the same fight as a smallmouth always puzzled me.

    Hooking into a peacock is like hooking into a freight train. Even though I've never caught a smallie over 3lbs I think I can safely say that peacock bass are in a league of their own. They are extremely aggressive, fight harder than any freshwater gamefish, and have beautiful markings.
