Moving fish from one pond to the next

Featured Replies

I have a pretty serious problem with a place we call the millpond on our property.  The d**n busted awhile back and it is just getting worse and worse. We actually have been transporting the few fish we catch to other ponds but not fast enough. Does anyone know a good way to catch these fish without using poles? Any good fishing traps around and what bait to put in those traps?

you may want to check with your states game and inland fisheries deparment.  some states don't let you move fish from one pond to another.  i would call them also to see if they can suggest something you can do so the fish don't die.
