member challenge -update7/30

Ok, seems the growing pains are in full force now.

1. Thanks to the guys that have communicated the inconsistencies for the month. Your eyes and ears are a big help

2. The biggest problem so far is who is challenging who but I think that was my fault with inconsistencies in the rules. They have been reviewed and fixed but that brings me to #3.

3.You MUST adhere to the rules steadfastly. Pay attention to who you are challenging. Many folks just picked someone and challenged them so some didn't get challenged at all and some, twice and 3 times.  There is an order, according to the list, of who you challenge and who challenges you,..it's not a free for all.   Please READ THE RULES CAREFULLY!!

4. Pics are required to particvipate. Even if you skunk. again,,READ THE RULES.

I'm preparing to wipe out july list and post Augusts. I expect this month to also have a few glitches but we should have it ironed out after that.
