I need help

Featured Replies

Ok heres the deal.. i fish a small walking bridge leading to an island, it is about 25 yards long and it is about 10-20 feet deep with alot of christmas trees and the water is stained. i get most bass jiggin a worm off the bottom, but they arnt the biggist of bass, probably about a pound and a half...any suggestions on what i could use or what presentations i could use to catch the bigger fiah or to catch more fish? thanks

what kind of worms are you using?  you may try upsizing your worms a little.  it will probably knock down the number of fish you are catching, but should help in getting some bigger bass to strike.

Totally agree with Chris on the jig.Another thought is you made need to slow down your presentation and don't make erratic twitches or jerks.Try just dragging a jig real slow with pauses. If you don't get nothin  dragging, make single hops and pause it for atleast 5 seconds.
