SPRO Swamp frog

Featured Replies

Any of you guys fish a Spro Swamp Frog?  I bought one recently and tried it today.

You can thro that thing a mile, but it fills up with water on every cast.

It has a hole at the back, that looks like it is factory made, that lets water get in.  I know you should expect to have to squeeze the water out, but every cast seems a little much.

I am wondering if I just got a bad one and it should have had some kind of plug in the hole.

What do you guys think?

I'm guessing your talking about the Spro Bronzeye frog?

Anyway, it shouldn't fill up with water right out of the package.  It usually will begin to after a few fish, but you probably got a bad one.

There's a few options you have....

1.  If you wanna DIY, then take some superglue and drop a dab where the water is coming in

2.  PM me a shipping address and I can send you a replacement one.  I will shoot Spro an email and let them know that you had an issue with it.
