Help with Braid and Fluoro

12 lb or so.

I try to match the diameters. If the braid is 0.012, I find a line that is 0.012.

    yea sufix braid it says right on the box that 50# is 12 lb diam.

    but i know that alot of fluro runs thinner too.

    suggestions on good fluoro brands?

    What is 12 lb. diameter?  Yo-Zuri Hybrid is 0.013".  Berkley Vanish is 0.012".  Silver Thread Flouro is 0.0118".  Super Silver Thread 0.013".

    There isn't any standard there.  Which is why it is best to compare diameters when comparing lines, not the manufacturer's rated strength.
