C.A.S.T. for Kids in Okuma newsletter

Very cool.

I gotta tell ya' I'm getting more and more impressed with Okuma.

The swimbait rod I got for 99 bucks uses fuji alconite guides, split grips,  and has a great taper for casting the heavy baits.

I picked up an Induron 250 round baitcaster to match with it and it is smooth and strong.

So I picked up a little Expior EF20 spinning reel. that was on sale at wal-mart for less than 50bucks.

Ten ball bearings, smooth, no oscillation wobble.  All this on a $50.00 reel????

I saw on tackle tour that they are the largest manufacturer of spinning reels in the world.  So I'm guessing alot of the Cabealla and BPS branded items are really Okuma's.

Now this with the cast for kids...............

Looks like a class company that may be the anwer to our prayers.  A quality rod/reel manufacturer with excellent pricing to keep the big boys in check.

It's all good.
