well it looks like i was beaten lol

How do you fish it? Slow off the bottom?

Swim it, bounce it on the bottom, dead stick it, burn it on the surface, pitch / flip into cover.  Try one of these techniques until the bass let you know how they want it!

there are many ways to fish it...the most used ways is hopping, dragging, and shaking.

I like to stop and go with it.

With tubes texas rigged, I like to let them fall to the bottom, rip them back to the top and let them fall again.  I find a lot of bass hitting them on the fall.  When you feel a little bit of resistance, SET THE HOOK!

But like everyone else said... once you learn to fish the Texas rig, it is a go to set up.  Honestly, in the time of the time I spend bass fishing, I bet 80% of it is spent with a texas rigged tube or senko.  They catch fish if you can find them almost all of the time.

Check out the articles on BassResource.com  they are there to answer this kind of questions.

The typical t - rig is used for condtions where some weed cover or grass can foul up your lure.

If the bottom is clean of weeds, then a wacky rig, shakey head jig, or other exposed hook technique will make it easier to hook fish.

typical presentation includes casting to a target.   Let the worm fall to the bottom.  hold it there a few moments.  Shake it a little, then hop or drag it back a few times.   Then retrieve and do again.

but as the others have pointed out there are a million variations, but this is the typical way, and it is a proven technique that is good for newbs.

Good luck and have fun.
