Was on another forum and they had a thread concerning DAMHIK  (aka Dont Ask Me How I Know). Basically little experiences that weve all been through that have taught us a lesson and are a little humorous at the same time. Example being:

 Never leave your line hanging overboard on the boat while running the trolling motor. It can result in a snarled mess in the prop and a broken rod tip on your favorite rod. DAMHIK.

Many of us will relate to such experiences..Anyone else have any DAMHIK experiences relating to fishing we can all learn from and maybe bring some humor along with it?
