    I sort of asked the same question in the tournament forum awhile back.  I went back to check that thread and don't find it, must have been removed.  After he was dealt with, he sent me an e-mail telling me I needed to get my applicaton in soon.  I sent him a pretty solid response again.  Hoping he paid enough attention to remove my addy.
